Returns - step by step
While it's not ideal, sometimes you have to return supplements. Within the first 14 days of receiving your order, you have the opportunity to check the nutritional supplements and, if they do not meet your expectations, return them.
Checking means that you can inspect the packaging of the nutritional supplements, pick it up, read it and examine the outside of the product without opening or damaging it. The original packaging should remain intact and any seals or labels must be intact and untouched. If the packaging has obviously been opened or damaged, there is no right to a refund or the need to send the product back to us, unless the defect can be proven to be attributable to us. We kindly ask you to check that the package is undamaged when you receive it from the supplier, otherwise document it directly with a photo and have the supplier provide proof of this. But don't worry, the products themselves should arrive safely without any damage, as we pack and ship our premium products ourselves.
We cannot take back dietary supplements that are classified as foodstuffs under strict hygiene regulations if you have changed them in the condition we sent them. Please contact us in advance if there is a need for a complaint so that we can provide you with our assistance.
Please note that processing a return takes approximately 1 week from receipt of the package.
1. Pack the item back in the original box and fill out the return form in the customer account
2. Place a return
You will now receive a QR code which you simply show at the desired branch. The staff will print out the shipping label for you and stick it on the package you sealed. You can drop off your package at DHL parcel shops and packing stations and the German Post Office. Please keep the issued return receipt until we confirm your return. Below you can also have DHL create a private customer label yourself

3. Get a refund
If you see in the tracking that we have received your return, please give us up to 14 days to check it and, if legal, to credit you.
