The creation of powder
1. Raw material procurement:
The production of our vitamin powder begins with the procurement of the required vitamins and minerals. These can come from various sources.
Natural sources : Certain vitamins are extracted from natural sources, such as vitamin C from citrus fruits or minerals from mineral salts.
Synthetic production : Many vitamins are produced in a laboratory using chemical processes that replicate their natural structure. It is allergy-friendly, there is no unnecessary deforestation or animal suffering, and the quality and dosage are always consistent.
2. Extraction and processing
When using natural sources, the vitamins are isolated through various extraction methods. This can be done through physical separation processes, solvent extraction, or other techniques to concentrate and isolate the desired compounds.
3. Mixing and standardizing
The extracted or synthetically produced vitamins are then blended according to the desired formula. This step involves the precise measurement and combination of different vitamins and minerals to ensure that the final product has the correct concentration and ratio of each nutrient included.
4. Add auxiliary materials
We have added a natural orange fruit powder for a refreshing note, integrated a subtle sweetness from the stevia plant and used natural guar gum to optimally bind all nutrients. We consciously avoid artificial fillers and additives that offer no added health value. Enjoy the pure quality
5. Processing into powder
The mixture is then processed into a fine powder, using a variety of methods. Depending on the desired properties of the final product, we use processes such as spray drying, milling or micronization. Each of these techniques ensures that the high quality and specific characteristics of the powder are maintained.

7. Packaging and distribution
Our high-quality products - vitamin powder, collagen and creatine - are carefully filled into 100% recyclable packaging. In the next step, they undergo a strict quality control in which they pass the conveyor belt again and are checked for undesirable components using modern X-ray machines. Any contamination is removed immediately. After successfully passing all controls and in strict compliance with HACCP regulations, we prepare the products for shipping and sale.
