Contract for the subscription / Tr.Eat Premium nutritional supplements in subscription / Routine through monthly shipping of the products

Between Tr.Eat GmbH, Justus-Liebig-Str.113, 95447 Bayreuth and the customer (“subscriber”).

§1 Subject of the contract

1.1 The provider undertakes to deliver the product selected in the subscription to the subscriber on a monthly basis for the duration of the subscription.

1.2 The subscription has a term of 12 months and begins when the subscription is confirmed by the provider.

§2 Delivery and delivery

2.1 Delivery takes place monthly to the delivery address specified by the subscriber.

2.2 The subscriber is obliged to ensure proper delivery to the specified delivery address.

§3 Payment conditions

3.1 Payment for the subscription is made monthly in advance by automatic debit from the payment service provider chosen by the subscriber.

3.2 The monthly subscription price is set at the beginning of the subscription period and remains unchanged for the entire contract term.

3.3 The individually discounted offer for a subscription that the customer expressly requests and confirms is linked to the stated contract term of at least 12 months.

§4 Termination and termination of the contract

4.1 The subscriber can cancel the subscription with four weeks' notice to the end of the 12-month contract period. After the 12-month term, you can always cancel your subscription with 4 weeks' notice.

4.2 If the subscriber fails to fulfill his payment obligations, the provider is entitled to terminate the subscription without notice.

4.3 If there is an early termination and termination before the customer's agreed term of 12 months, the customer must still pay the additional payments on top of the regular price of the products up to the date of termination. As an example : For a special reason, the customer cancels the subscription after 3 months, which was only discounted in connection with a 12-month term. So he has to make an additional payment for the difference to the regular product price for the 3 months.

§5 Liability and warranty

5.1 The provider is not liable for damage caused by improper storage or handling of the products by the subscriber.

5.2 The subscriber's warranty claims are based on the statutory provisions.

§6 Data protection

6.1 The Provider undertakes to treat all of the Subscriber's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

§7 Final provisions

7.1 Changes or additions to this contract must be made in writing.

7.2 Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
