Shipping and delivery
Orders placed are processed on Monday-Wednesday-Friday and then sent to you by DHL or German Post in an environmentally friendly box made from recycled paper and cardboard with an FSC seal and the green dot. We assume that you will usually receive your order within 6 working days.
Every customer in Germany must bear the shipping costs themselves up to a purchase value of €60.00, as we do not want to make our products unnecessarily more expensive and then have these fees already hidden. However, the prices for non-free shipping will be visible in the order window at checkout and you can also read them here.
Little tip has a big impact: Simply order several products to benefit from free shipping status.
For example, by ordering a supply, or several people order together via one address. This means everyone saves on shipping costs and is also good for the environment thanks to less Co2 emissions, fewer transport routes, fewer shipping boxes and labels.
